Our refund and exchange policy is limited, and lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we CANNOT offer you a full refund or exchange, regardless of reason.
By purchasing on our website, you understand and agree to this policy, waiving any claim, regardless of any other Seller Protection policy offered by your payment provider, such as Paypal, Venmo, Stripe, your credit card company, or banking institution, etc.
Why we have a limited Refund/Exchange Policy:
This is because our line of business is in online and technical education and training. Once access to our courses has been granted, and access by the user has been made, our proprietary curriculum has been revealed.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, within the 30 day time frame, the course(s) must be unaccessed. Simply signing into the Learning Management System (LMS) does not constitute access, however, completing any module of the course curriculum does.
Our system records information such as User ID, accessed date and times, the IP address of the device used to access the course, and when a course attempt was made, even if the results of that attempt did not obtain a score or grade.
If the course was not accessed, an ELDT Academy representative will verify the above criteria, and offer an exchange of another course you may like of equal value.
If the amount you paid exceeds the value, you will be offered an in-house credit, or it can be refunded to the orignal method of payment.
If the value of the course to be exchanged exceeds the purchase price, you will be required to pay the difference before access to another course is granted.
Once access to the exchanged course has been granted, a new 30 day time frame begins.
If there is no exchange, and you simply opt for a refund, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days. No exceptions.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, and it has been more than 10 business days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
